Crispy roll of seafood and wild rice on a lobster sauce


Endive salad with prosciutto and pear, camelina oil and mustard seed dressing 



Grenadine of veal filet mignon with Alfred le Fermier cheese from Compton, reduced 

veal broth and mashed potatoes

reduced juice with infusion of thyme
